Experience the golden age of jazz with a special screening of the celebrated documentary Jazz on a Summer’s Day. Filmed at the 1958 Newport Jazz Festival, the film captures unforgettable performances by Louis Armstrong, Anita O’Day, Thelonious Monk, and Mahalia Jackson.

The evening begins with a conversation introducing the era and the artists featured in the film with special guest Tony Guerrero, acclaimed jazz trumpeter and educator, followed by the screening.

Rivian South Coast Theater, Laguna Beach
Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the program beginning at 7:30 PM. Guests are invited to arrive early and enjoy a casual reception before the film. Drinks will include wine, beer, and bubbles.
